"Called at 9pm with water coming through the kitchen ceiling. Someone actually answered. Crew was here by 10 and found the chimney flashing had failed, not the shingles like I assumed."
- Marcus W. in Lakewood

Fast help during a stressful situation
"A storm started pulling shingles off our roof late at night and water was already coming through the ceiling. They answered immediately, arrived quickly, and secured the damaged area before it spread. The whole team was calm and clear about what needed to happen next."

Failed chimney flashing
Water through the kitchen ceiling for two days. Nobody had checked the chimney. Found and sealed in one visit.

Split pipe boot
The homeowner thought it was shingles. The decking was already staining. Boot replaced, decking treated.

Hail bruising over the valley
Three separate leaks in one storm season. Valley rebuilt, and the claim documented.
These are attic and flashing shots, not finished roofs. The finished roof is not what was leaking.

The stain, the drip, or the roof from the yard. A roofer, not a dispatcher, replies with what it probably is and what that repair usually runs. Most photos get an answer inside 20 minutes.

What people say after we leave
"
Tarp was on in under an hour. He showed me the photos of the pipe boot and told me the rest of the roof had another eight years in it. He could have sold me a roof and I would have said yes.

"Second opinion after another company quoted me a full replacement. Rennick found the actual leak in a valley and fixed it for a fraction."
Lake Highlands · Google · Jun 2026

"They walked us through draining the ceiling on the phone before they even got here. That call alone saved the drywall."
Casa Linda · Nextdoor · May 2026

"Patched by three other guys. Rennick was the first to tell me why it kept failing instead of slapping more sealant on it."

Who's coming to your house
The crew at your door tonight
Dale Rennick and Wes Carlin have more than 25 years of experience between them, and they still run the emergency calls themselves. Every crew is in-house. We do not sub out emergency work, because the person tarping your roof at 9pm should be someone we trained and someone you can call back tomorrow.

Roof leak questions
What people ask when the ceiling is dripping
Grouped by when you are likely to be asking. If yours is not here, call and describe it.
Before we get there
How fast can you get here?
Usually within two hours across Dallas County, depending on weather and how many calls are ahead of you.
What do I do right now?
Container under the drip if it is safe. Stay away from sagging ceilings. Do not go up on the roof.
Do you work nights and weekends?
Yes. Most leaks do not wait for Monday morning.
While we are there
Can you find it from inside?
Sometimes. Water travels along rafters, so where it drips is rarely where it got in.
Do you tarp?
Yes, when the roof is safe to reach and a permanent repair is not possible yet.
What does it cost?
Most leak repairs fall between $500 and $2,500, depending on the cause and access.
Afterwards
Will I need a whole new roof?
Usually not. One leak in one place is a repair, and we will tell you if it is not.
Will it leak again?
Not from the same place. The repair is covered by our workmanship warranty.
Do you come back to check?
After heavy rain, if you want us to. Just call and we will come and look.
The one everybody asks
Is anyone really going to answer at 9pm?
Dale is on the phones tonight
Yes. Not an answering service, not a form that emails someone in the morning. The owner takes the night calls himself. Whichever question above is yours, asking him takes less time than reading the rest of this page.
