What do I do right now?
Container under the drip if it is safe. Stay away from sagging ceilings. Do not go up on the roof.
Do you work nights and weekends?
Yes. Most leaks do not wait for Monday morning.

Can you find it from inside?
Sometimes. Water travels along rafters, so where it drips is rarely where it got in.
Do you tarp?
Yes, when the roof is safe to reach and a permanent repair is not possible yet.
